I have created this blog to help us streamline and improve communication between our
section coaches.
The most effective way to get information are the following:
1) Visit the blog
2) To suscribe to the email updates , an email will be sent everyday providing there has been an update on the blog. the registration is straight forward but it does require you to register and click, upon reception on the verification email.

3) you can also suscribe to our RSS feeds and get update through an RSS reader or even you mobile phone if it supports RSS.
